Wisdom International School ("we", "us") is a school located in Sangkat Veal Sbov, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our websites, wispp.org and our volunteer site, and through our enquiry and application forms.

• Enquiries: when you contact us or send an enquiry form, we receive the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, your child's age group, and your message.
• Volunteer applications: volunteers who apply provide personal details relevant to their placement, such as name, contact details, nationality, travel dates, and a photo.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and communicate with you about enrolment, tours, or volunteering.
• To organise volunteer placements and issue related documents (such as certificates).
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely with our website host, Netlify, and are accessible only to school administration. Emails are handled through our school email accounts.

Photos of students

We only publish photos of students on our website or social media where appropriate consent has been given. If you would like a photo removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and application information for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our records, after which it may be deleted.

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Simply contact us using the details below.
